Proxel® preservatives are broad spectrum preservatives for the preservation of industrial water-based products against the spoilage from microorganisms.
Proxel® products offer effective preservation in most aqueous compositions. The concentration required to give protection depends on several factors, including the susceptibility of the system to microbiological degradation, the extent to which microorganisms can gain access, the species involved, pH, temperature and length of time for which protection is required. We recommend that a testing program be undertaken to determine the most effective dose for your application.
